This is a easy sauce that you can make with pork or chicken.
- Brown boneless pork chops or chicken breasts in a little butter in a frying pan.
- Remove meat to platter.
- Add a tablespoon of dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup cream. Simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens.
- Return meat to sauce and serve
